During the stay home period, I tried a few recipes that were sitting in my 'recipes' collection board. I'll be giving reviews of these recipes, higher score = easier to make! Links are provided incase you want to try!
I saw this recipe on 'Little Red Book' app and was very interested, because who dont love fried chicken!! Since I was free during the Circuit Breaker period, I took the effort to create honey fried chicken at home.
Difficulty: 3/5 (frying was scary for me)
Taste: 5/5 (exactly like the ones in store, crispy on the outside, juicy inside!)
Overall: 3/5 (since frying was scary for me)
Would I make again: Yes! if someone can face the hot oil for me....
Recipe can be found here
UPDATE: Since the link provided was chinese and not everyone can understand, here's a English version one!
I saw this recipe on 'Little Red Book' app too, and was very interested, because I had the ingredients, recipe was super easy, and it looks like those cafe cookies so I gave it a try!
Difficulty: 1/5 (only the washing part was a chore for me)
Taste: 2/5 (it taste like uncooked dough?! not sure what went wrong but it was like eating flour)
Overall: 3/5 (since mixing the ingredients was fun)
Would I make again: Noo! The taste and work required, hmm...

I was watching vlogs as usual, in one of the vlogs, the youtuber got a chocolate drink with ghost-shaped meringue. So I wanted to make my own milo drink with marshmallow, nothing special but the drink looks good so I'm putting this here!
Difficulty: 1/5 (I kinda overboiled the milk so...I had to scrub the pot)
Taste: 4/5 (whole cup of chocolatey sweet, perfect!)
Overall: 3/5
Would I make again: Yes if I happen to have marshmallows at home
Recipe: just top some of your favourite toppings on your favv drink!
I came across this recipe on instagram, and was v very interested, because I have always wanted to make something challenging! sidenote: I had a baker dream once! Since I have most of the ingredients, so I gave it a try!
Difficulty: 4/5 (a few rounds of baking, I accidentally put in the whole egg instead of just the yolk so I had to remake the tart)
Taste: 10000/5 (it tastes better than those japanese cheese tart sold outside not kidding!!)
Overall: 5/5 (the taste of it makes up all the work, really)
Would I make again: YESS! The taste, definitely worth staying in the kitchen for 4 hours
